Je suis un artiste de la génération Covid-19. Du moins, artiste visuel puisque ma carrière de musicien est déjà longue. Alors que nous étions encore en version pandémie, asociaux, les souvenirs de calligraphie de mon père ont fait naître des inspirations multiples. J’ai depuis longtemps une grande admiration pour l’Art Nouveau et l’Art Déco, et les artistes qui les ont illustré : de Mucha à Frank Loyd Wright en passant par Klimt, Gaudi, Lempicka et bien d’autres. Mon amour de la couleur me vient de l’art du vitrail -la France a une grande histoire du vitrail moderne- aussi bien que des créations de Louis Comfort Tiffany ; il me pousse vers des créations vives et éclatantes.

I am an artist of the COVID-19 generation—at least a visual artist, since my career as a musician has already been a long one. While we were still in pandemic mode, isolated and withdrawn, memories of my father's calligraphy sparked multiple sources of inspiration. I have long held a deep admiration for Art Nouveau and Art Deco, and the artists who embodied those movements—from Mucha to Frank Lloyd Wright, including Klimt, Gaudí, Lempicka, and many others. My love of color comes from the art of stained glass—France has a rich history of modern stained glass—as well as from the creations of Louis Comfort Tiffany. This passion draws me toward vivid, radiant creations.
